S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta SC S.S. SRL prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 11712/101/2012 al Tribunalului Mehedinți.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile: petenta și intimații SC E. SA prin AJ M.A. - R.I. SPRL, A.N.A.F. și D.G.F.P. Mehedinți - A.F.P. pentru Contribuabilii Mijlocii.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V., procuror în cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
