Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 22 ianuarie 2013. Se mai referă că intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Dolj a depus întâmpinare la 4 decembrie 2012, iar petenta P.T. a depus completare la cererea de strămutare la 11 ianuarie 2013.

Procurorul pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
