Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost declinat la Tribunalul Vrancea la data de 14 noiembrie 2012, unde a fost înregistrat sub nr. 6947/91/2012 cu termen de judecată la data de 17 ianuarie 2013. Se mai referă că petenta SC U. SA a depus precizări la 16 ianuarie 2013, prin fax, prin care arată că menține motivele de strămutare.

Procurorul pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
