S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Tribunalul Harghita.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul Tribunalul Harghita și intimatul A.T.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3036/96/2011* al Tribunalului Harghita, secția civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată stabilit la data de 09 aprilie 2013.
