S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul S.I.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul, prin avocat S.I. și intimatul Ministerul Public - Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție, prin consilier juridic E.B., lipsind intimații Statul Român prin Ministerul Finanțelor Publice, reprezentat de Direcția Generală a Finanțelor Publice Dâmbovița și Sindicatul Drumarilor "E.R.".

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.
