S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC B.R. SA.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta, prin consilier juridic P.M.G.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 17475/318/2012 al Judecătoriei Târgu Jiu, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 4 decembrie 2012.
