S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC R. SA.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta, prin avocat C.C., lipsind intimatul R.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 17181/109/2012 al Tribunalului Argeș, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 21 martie 2013.
