S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul S.C.M., prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 26507/245/2011 al Judecătoriei Iași.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petentul S.C.M. și intimata A.P.C.R.I.C.B. Iași.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen fixat pentru data de 11 martie 2013.
