Se ia în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta D.M..

La apelul nominal lipsesc toate părțile: petenta și intimații C.C., B.I., C.S., P.M., C.I., L.G., P.V. și C.R..

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de A.B., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este îndeplinită.
