Se ia în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul M.V..

La apelul nominal lipsesc toate părțile: petentul și intimatul M.I..

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de A.B., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, cauza a cărei strămutare se cere a fost soluționată la data de 9 octombrie 2012.
