S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.I.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimatul D.B.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata Dosarului nr. 9352/231/2012 al Judecătoriei Focșani, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendată la data de 13 septembrie 2012.

Procurorul solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
