S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta S.C. V.C.S. Odobești.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta, prin reprezentant L.D., lipsă fiind intimații A.P.V.P. Odobești, C.G. și C.A.
