S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul D.N.F.

La apelul nominal s-au prezentat petentul și intimata D.T.F., ambii personal, lipsind intimații F.G. și F.F.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 7 noiembrie 2012.

Petentul D.N.F. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris.
