S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul P.D., prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 1026/334/2012 al Judecătoriei Vatra Dornei.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul P.D. și intimata P.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.
