S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta D.I.L.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta D.I.L., intimații D.F., B.C.V., C.V., B.E.J. - B.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
