S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții P.E. și P.I.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții P.E., P.I., intimatele Comisia Locală de Fond Funciar Stângăceaua, Comisia Județeană de Fond Funciar Mehedinți.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost soluționat la data de 10 decembrie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare ca rămasă fără obiect.
