S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.R.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul B.R., lipsind intimații B.E., B.N., S.E.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, în dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost amânată pronunțarea pentru data de 11 februarie 2013.

Având cuvântul, petentul B.R. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, conform concluziilor orale.
