S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul S.C.J.U. Oradea.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul S.C.J.U. Oradea și intimata B.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror, L.V.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 30 octombrie 2012.
