S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC B. SRL.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta SC B. SRL, prin avocat M.M., lipsind intimata SC F.T. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror, L.V.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.
