S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.A..

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul B.A., personal, lipsind intimații I.I. și G.M.G.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror, L.V.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 15 mai 2012.
