S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul A.A.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul A.A. și intimații O.M.V.P. SA, Cabinet N.C., BEJ B.C.&S.D. și UNEJ Casa de Asigurări a Executorilor Judecătorești.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror, L.V.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 17 mai 2012.
