S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta D.M., prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 10101/83/2010 al Tribunalului Satu Mare.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petenta D.M. și intimații Casa Județeană de Pensii Satu Mare și Statul Român prin Ministerul Finanțelor Publice.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen fixat pentru data de 13 februarie 2013.
