S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta D.F.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, petenta D.F., precum și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Dolj.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 8 februarie 2013.

Se mai referă că intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Dolj a depus întâmpinare la 10 decembrie 2012.
