S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, petentul B.M., precum și intimatul Primarul municipiului Constanța.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului ca, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 6 februarie 2013.

Se mai referă că intimatul Primarul municipiului Constanța a depus concluzii scrise la 10 decembrie 2012.
