S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta CN T.E.E.T.SA.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta CN T.E.E.T. SA, reprezentată de consilier juridic A.V., lipsind intimatul V.V.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată ia data de 12 februarie 2013.
