S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta V.R. SA.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta V.R. SA, reprezentată de consilier juridic V.D., lipsind intimații Ș.I., Ș.F., G.P.A., G.M. și D.D.M.
