S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul I.I.V. prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 2651/271/2012 al Judecătoriei Oradea.

La apelul nominal au lipsit: petentul și intimații C.T., C.F., Comisia locală de aplicare a legilor fondului funciar Drăgești și Comisia județeană de aplicare a legilor fondului funciar Bihor.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată al instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2651/271/2012 al Judecătoriei Oradea, a cărui strămutare se cere, are termen de judecată la data de 19 februarie 2013.
