S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul C.A.S. prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 40297/212/2010 al Tribunalului Constanța.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimata M.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.
