S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta B.V.I. prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 4301/63/2012 al Curții de Apel Craiova.

La apelul nominal au lipsit părțile: petenta și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Dolj.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.
