S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.V.L.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimata Compania Națională de Căi Ferate C.F.R., prin Sucursala Regională de Căi Ferate Craiova.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1874/54/2012 al Curții de Apel Craiova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 15 noiembrie 2012.
