S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC S. SRL.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimata SC E.P.F. SRL Satu Mare.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 9457/296/2010 al Judecătoriei Satu Mare, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 1 februarie 2013.
