S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta N.V.E.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Prahova.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 7664/105/2011 al Curții de Apel Ploiești, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 6 februarie 2013.

Procurorul de ședință solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.
