S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC A.P. SRL.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta SC A.P. SRL și intimata SC C. SRL.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, în Dosarul nr. 12960/86/2011 al Tribunalului Suceava, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost amânată pronunțarea la data de 11 martie 2013.
