S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC T. SRL.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta SC T. SRL prin avocat G.A., lipsind intimații Orașul Bușteni - prin primar și Consiliul Local Bușteni.
