S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții V.E., V.M.C. și V.D.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenții V.E., V.M.C. și V.D. și intimații V.I., Comisia locală pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate asupra terenurilor Plopii Slăvitești și Comisia județeană pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate asupra terenurilor Teleorman.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 21 martie 2013.
