S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Biroul Român de Metrologie Legală.

La apelul nominal se constată lipsa petentului și a intimaților C.I., C.C., D.R., D.l.G., D.T., D.M., M.D., D.G., Municipiul Craiova prin Primar.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 28034/215/2010 al Tribunalului Harghita, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la 7 martie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
