S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta V.D.E.

La apelul nominal se constată lipsa petentei și a intimatului V.R.V.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 6284/314/2012 al Tribunalului Suceava, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la 10 ianuarie 2013.
