S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC P.G. SA.

La apelul nominal se constată lipsa petentei și a intimaților T.F., T.N., S.M., S.M.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 11084/63/2012 al Tribunalului Dolj, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la 19 decembrie 2012.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
