S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții M.I.A. și M.C.

La apelul nominal au lipsit părțile, petentii și intimata B.T. SA - Sucursala Slobozia.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S. Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 12 martie 2013.

Procurorul pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
