La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimații V.E. și S.V.F.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 815/309/2009 al Judecătoriei Șimleul Silvaniei, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 24 noiembrie 2012.
