S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Instituția Prefectului județului Mureș - Comisia județeană pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate asupra terenurilor.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimații B.A. și Regia Națională a Pădurilor Romsilva - Direcția Silvică Mureș.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat. Intimata Bethlen Ana a depus un memoriu la 4 decembrie 2012.
