S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul C.A., prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 33234/215/2011 al Tribunalului Dolj.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul C.A. și intimații C.C. și Consiliul Local Craiova.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 20 noiembrie 2012.
