S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul N.A., prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 15914/325/2012 al Judecătoriei Timișoara.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul N.A. și intimata SC A.D.P. SA.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen fixat pentru data de 13 decembrie 2012.
