S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul D.Ș.D.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimatul T.Ș.D.

Ministerul Public - Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție a fost reprezentat de procuror de ședință D.L.

Cererea de strămutare este timbrată.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E.C.R.I.S., dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen la data de 11 ianuarie 2013
