S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul S.T.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul S.T. și intimații SC O.M.V.P. SA, Cabinet Avocat – N.C., B.B.C., B.S.D. și U.N.E.J. - Casa de Asigurări a Executorilor Judecătorești.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.
