S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul P.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul P.M. și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Olt.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 3433/104/2010 al Curții de Apel Craiova a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 24 aprilie 2012.

Procurorul solicită admiterea cererii.
