S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentele SC L.S.C. SRL și SC Ș.C. SRL.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentele SC L.S.C. SRL, SC Ș.C. SRL și intimatele Curtea de Apel Pitești, Primăria Municipiului Pitești.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.
