S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta N.C.G.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta N.C.G. și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Iași.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S..

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 8042/99/2010 al Curții de Apel Iași a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendat până la 5 aprilie 2012.
