S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul T.I.G.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul T.I.G., personal, lipsă fiind intimata Regia Națională a Pădurilor Romsilva.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata dosarului ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost suspendată prin rezoluție a președintelui Secției I civile a Înaltei Curți de Casație și Justiție la data de 6 martie 2012.
