S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta D.B.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta D.B.M., intimata S.L.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, în dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost amânată pronunțarea la data de 5 aprilie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
